BBQ Pitmasters Finalist Moe Cason to cook at KY BBQ Festival

Moe Cason of Ponderosa BBQ Team out of Des Moines, IA has confirmed that he will be cooking for the 1st Annual Kentucky State BBQ Festival. Moe was a finalist in last year’s BBQ Pitmasters $100,000 Barbecue Competition on The Learning Channel.

Moe is a regular on the Kansas City Barbeque Association (KCBS) BBQ competition circuit, racking up 20 sanctioned competitions each year. He is also currently in the KCBS Top 25 in the ribs and pork shoulder.
