Art for KYBBQ Festival United Way Art Auction Updated

Auction benefits Heart of Kentucky United Way

On Friday, September 11, 2015 at 6:30pm, the Kentucky State BBQ Festival Art Project will hold its 4th Art Auction to benefit Heart of Kentucky United Way. Taking place this year at Pioneer Playhouse at 840 Stanford Rd in Danville KY, 100% of this proceeds from this auction benefit United Way.

The theme this year is “Come to the Table: To help us serve others”.

Sponsors provided a 4′ x 6′ canvas and then artists “use the canvass to create a masterpiece and creativity is encouraged!” In past years we have had bourbon barrels, benches, stretch art, sculptures, and even a hammock. Each piece is auctioned to the highest bidder at the HKUW Art Auction/VIP Event.

This event will feature live music, a cash bar, and appetizers supplied courtesy of the BBQ Festival celebrity pitmasters.
