The Rib Competition will be judged from 3:00pm-4:00pm

Judges for the Rib Competition are:

Phillip Heern, 17th Street Barbecue, Murphysboro, IL
Tim Mikeska, Mikeska Brands, Taylor, TX
Mike Southerland, Brother’s BBQ and Brewing, Danville, KY

The Steak Competition will be judged first from 11:00am-Noon

Judges for the Steak Competition are:

Anthony Critchfield, Critchfield Meats, Lexington KY
Kaitlyn Hawkins, Kentucky Beef Council, Frankfort KY
LeMayne Ellis, Fort Harrod Beef Festival, Harrodsburg, KY
Chef Robert Hadon, Nellie Burton’s Steakhouse, Danville, KY

The One Bite Competition will be judged next from 1:00pm-2:00pm

Judges for the One Bite Competition are:

Mary Robin Spoonamore, Jane Barleycorns Bar & Market, Danville, KY
Chef Corey Kenny, Cue on Main, Danville, KY
Kenny Baldwin, The Church Catering, Junction City, KY
Theresa Stanley, Communications Director of Crave and Director of Lexington Burger Week, bot of Lexington, KY

Winners will be announced on the Main Stage at 4:30pm.
